About Monroe County Court Docket

Monroe County court dockets and case records are kept by different courts and clerks. Circuit, Chancery, Justice, municipal, Youth, and federal matters do not share one public index. This private reference resource identifies the right court, clerk, portal, and contact route for a record or setting.

Why We Built This Site

Mississippi court access is court-specific. The Monroe County Circuit Clerk maintains Circuit Court proceedings and lower-court appeals, while the Chancery Clerk keeps a separate Chancery record system. Justice and municipal clerks handle their own dockets. MEC/PAMEC provides registered remote access for participating courts, but Mississippi has no free anonymous statewide case search. This resource organizes the documented routes, terminology, record-request steps, and contact details so a search begins with the court that actually holds the file.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Monroe County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to use the Delta index and registered MEC/PAMEC access by party name or case number
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference site. It has no connection to a Mississippi court, court clerk, or government agency. Its limits are important:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot promise that a phone number, fee, or setting has not changed since publication

Only the clerk or court that maintains a Monroe County case can issue its official or certified docket sheet or court record. The originating office supplies the document.

Search Partners

Some pages contain a search box supplied by an outside provider. That provider controls its results, availability, pricing, and data practices. A paid sign-up that follows a referral may generate compensation for this resource, but it does not change the court that controls an official record.
